What is included in each package?
Professional Quick is $399 for one person: a 30-minute guided shoot with approximately 200 frames captured, one outfit, one background, 15 color-corrected selects and two premium retouched final images. Professional Standard is $549 for one person: a 60-minute guided shoot with approximately 350 frames captured, up to two outfits and two backgrounds, 30 color-corrected selects and four premium retouched final images. Professional Plus is $899 for one person: a 120-minute guided studio shoot with approximately 600 frames captured, up to four outfits and three backgrounds, 50 color-corrected selects and eight premium retouched final images. Every package includes a private selection gallery for one month and unlimited usage rights for the delivered finals.
What time should I arrive and how long is the shoot?
The time you select is your arrival and photography start time. When a new setup is needed, we prepare the studio beforehand: 30 minutes for Quick and Standard, and 60 minutes for Plus. Appointments directly after an existing Match Production studio shoot have a 15-minute changeover before your arrival. Quick includes 30 minutes of guided photography, Standard includes 60 minutes, and Plus includes 120 minutes. Please arrive camera-ready 10 minutes before your booked session so we can begin on time.
Do I need to know how to pose?
No experience is needed. Your photographer will guide your posture, expression, gaze and small adjustments throughout the session. Tell us where the portraits will appear, such as a company page, LinkedIn profile, press feature or speaking bio, so the direction fits your use. You can also put references or preferences in the session notes before booking.
How should I prepare and what should I bring?
Arrive camera-ready with your preferred clothing and any examples that show the look you want. Solid mid-tone colors, limited patterns and simple layers often photograph well. You may bring alternatives, but Quick includes one outfit, Standard allows up to two, and Plus allows up to four during the shoot. If you have a deadline, accessibility need or specific use in mind, add it to the notes so we can plan with you.
Which background colors can I choose?
Choose any studio background color. The number used during your session follows the package: one for Quick, up to two for Standard, and up to three for Plus. If you know the color you want, include it in your notes. If you are unsure, your photographer can help match a background to your clothing and the intended use of your portraits.
Can you frame or crop images for a particular platform?
Yes. Cropped versions are available. Tell us the platform and intended placement before or during the session. If you know an aspect ratio, crop, orientation or pixel size you need, add it to your notes along with any references. We can plan the framing around those requirements and confirm the appropriate final exports.
What will I see in the selection gallery?
The approximate 200, 350 or 600 frames captured during your session are not all delivered images. Quick includes 15 color-corrected selects, Standard includes 30, and Plus includes 50. These are curated images for you to review and choose from in your private gallery, available for one month. They are not all fully retouched final images. You choose which included images receive the premium retouching in your package.
What does retouching include?
Our approach is natural: careful skin and color work, removal of small distractions, and clothing cleanup where possible. The goal is a polished image that still looks like you. If you have a specific preference about skin texture, marks, clothing or another detail, write it in your notes or discuss it with your photographer. We can confirm whether a particular request fits the included retouching.
When do I receive the final images?
Your high-resolution, fully retouched final images arrive 24–48 hours after you submit your favorites from the selection gallery. That delivery window starts with your selections, not automatically at the end of the shoot. If you are working toward a deadline, mention it in the notes before booking so we can discuss timing. Any proof or rush timing should be confirmed separately.
Can I get more retouched images?
Yes. Additional images are $20 each. Tell your photographer during the session if you think you will want more than the two finals in Quick, four in Standard or eight in Plus. You can then discuss which images to add when making your selections. Your booking covers the selected package.
How may I use the final photos?
Every package includes unlimited usage rights for your delivered final images. You can use them across your professional profiles and materials without a per-use limit. Usage rights do not transfer the photographer's copyright. If you have a specific licensing question, campaign requirement or third-party distribution plan, include it in your notes so the team can clarify it before the shoot.
Where is the studio?
Match Production's studio is at 545 8th Ave, Suite 2111, New York, NY 10018, on the 21st floor. Visits are by appointment. Your booking confirmation will give you the session details. If you need help with access or arrival, describe that in your notes so the team can coordinate before you come in.
How do I find an available date?
Choose your package to see available dates and start times. Availability reflects the studio calendar and our team's schedule. If no listed date works, send us a booking request and we will do our best to find another option.
How do booking and payment work?
Choose your package, select an available date and start time, then add your details and preferences. Check the time, package and price, then pay securely through Stripe to complete your booking. Your confirmation will include the session details. Our producer will contact you within two hours of booking to go over your preferences and any questions.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
For a refund, please cancel at least three business days before your session. Quick, Standard and Professional Plus bookings made on this page include one free date change requested at least 48 hours before your current session. Use the personal Manage booking link in your confirmation to choose another available date. Your paid package stays the same, and the new date is a request until Match confirms the studio rental.
