This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our website, contact forms, quote forms, booking flows, email, phone, SMS, online galleries, payment requests, preview galleries, remote sessions, and other service-related interactions.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, scheduling platforms, payment processors, gallery tools, messaging services, or remote-session platforms that may be linked from or embedded in our website and that operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Booking, Payment, and Service Communications

If you request or book a session, we may use your personal information to send quotes, invoices, booking confirmations, reminders, preview galleries, payment-related notices, session instructions, gallery links, and other service-related communications.

For studio and on-location sessions, we may collect and use your information to process the non-refundable booking deposit, confirm the reserved date, review rescheduling requests submitted no later than 2 days before the scheduled shoot date, deliver the preview gallery, collect the remaining balance, and begin post-production only after full payment has been received.

For remote headshots, we may collect and use your information to process full payment at booking, confirm the remote session, send day-of joining instructions or access links, and manage related service communications. Remote headshot bookings are final and are not eligible for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund.

Booking terms, cancellation rules, rescheduling rules, deposits, refunds, session timing, and post-production conditions are also governed by our Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

SMS Communications

When you provide your phone number through our booking, contact, or inquiry forms, or otherwise communicate with us by text, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Match Production related to your requested or booked services.

If you make a payment, your payment information may be collected and processed by the applicable payment processor rather than stored directly by us, except for limited billing or transaction records we keep for accounting, customer service, and compliance purposes.

If we provide an online gallery, preview gallery, file transfer link, scheduling link, or remote-session platform, your use of those tools may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant provider.

Photography Sessions, Images, and Submitted Content

If you book or participate in a photography session, we may collect and process project details, participant information, image files, selects, retouching notes, delivery logs, and related metadata as part of providing the requested services.

Corporate clients or booking contacts may provide us with participant names, job titles, and scheduling details. By providing such information, they represent that they are authorized to do so.

Use of photographs, final images, submissions, publicity rights, confidentiality restrictions, releases, and portfolio permissions is governed by your booking materials, releases, agreements, and our Terms & Conditions.

Data Retention
