How an On-Site Headshot Program Works
From setting up the lights to choosing the portraits, here is how the office photo day comes together.
1. Plan Your Photo Day
Send your headcount, NYC office address, preferred date and intended image uses. We help you choose a package or plan a larger company program.
2. Prepare the Session
We review the room and building access, agree on a background and visual reference, and plan participant timing with your internal contact.
3. Photograph the Team
We bring the equipment to the agreed space and guide each person through posture, expression and framing. Any group photographs or additional executive setups need time in the plan.
4. Review and Deliver
Review the private gallery and submit the choices included in your package. Your retouched final photos are delivered 24–48 hours after you submit your selections.

Send room photos or a layout and the hours the space is available. A conference room, lounge or open office area may work; we confirm suitability for the background, lighting and participant flow before the session. Tell us about reception check-in, elevator or loading access, and any building paperwork requirements.

Published team packages cover up to 5, 10, 25 or 50 people, with the shooting time shown in each package. Share participant availability and an internal scheduling contact. Larger departments, recurring days and company-wide programs are scoped separately for staffing, space and deliverables.

Send existing portraits or brand guidelines during planning. We can align background, lighting direction, crop, expression and retouching as closely as the location and reference material allow. Agree on the visual reference before the session so new portraits work with the existing set.

Yes, when the agreed scope and run of show allow. Reserve executive time slots and tell us whether leadership portraits need a different background, environmental setting or additional crops. Those requirements affect the session plan.
