How to Plan an Office Headshot Day
Agree on the space, participant flow and final image requirements before the photographer arrives.
1. Choose the Session Scope
Send your headcount, NYC office address, preferred date and intended image uses. Choose a standard team package or discuss additional staffing and coordination for a managed program.
2. Check the Room and Access
Our standard headshot setup fits within a 10 × 10 ft area. Share room photos or a layout, available hours, and reception, elevator or loading requirements. We confirm the setup location, participant flow and any building paperwork before the shoot.
3. Coordinate Arrivals and Setups
For a standard team session, your internal contact manages employee arrivals while the photographer directs each portrait. Reserve time for executives, group photographs or a different background; these needs affect the agreed session plan. 4. Approve Selections and Files
