  • Choose Match Production when you want live posing and expression direction, controlled lighting, review during the session when included in the workflow, and files prepared for a defined professional use.   • Match Production’s current individual studio packages are $399, $549, and $899, with different session lengths, selects, retouched finals, wardrobe, and background scope.   • Current team pricing is package-based: $1,449 for up to five people, $1,889 for up to ten, $2,499 for up to twenty-five, and $4,490 for up to fifty. Managed corporate programs start at $6,900 for up to fifty people and include different coordination support. Larger, multi-location, recurring, or procurement-heavy work is quoted separately.

One session may support both uses when the package or quote includes the required crops and files.

  • Inclusions vary by package. Current individual studio packages specify the session length, wardrobe and background options, color-corrected selects, retouched finals, private gallery period, and usage license. Session Process

  • Before the session, confirm the intended uses, wardrobe, background, crop, files, and deadline. During the session, the photographer directs posture, angle, and expression and captures the variations included in the package. When review is part of the workflow, you can compare frames during or after capture. Selections, retouching, gallery access, and delivery follow the chosen package or quote.

  • Session length depends on the package. Current individual studio options list 30 minutes, one hour, or two hours. The individual virtual package lists a 10-minute photoshoot. Team and on-location timing follows headcount, room access, setup, review needs and the approved run of show.

  • Tethered shooting sends camera frames to a larger screen for review during capture. It can help the photographer and client compare expression, posture, lighting, wardrobe, and crop while the setup is active. Whether and how tethered review is used depends on the session format and approved workflow.

  • The organizer confirms headcount, location, room access, schedule, visual reference, required files, selection owner, and deadline. Match Production then scopes the studio or office setup, participant run of show, lighting, crop, background, gallery, retouching, and delivery. Standard team packages and managed corporate programs include different levels of coordination.

  • Yes. Match Production offers on-location corporate headshots at approved NYC offices and other quoted locations. The company provides a suitable room and access details; the proposal confirms setup, staffing, background, participant schedule, files, and any location-specific costs. Ask for a custom quote when the standard team package does not fit.

  • The current corporate matrix includes a Corporate 500 option for up to 500 people, and larger enterprise scope is available by request. Staffing, production days, locations, access, scheduling, selection, retouching, integrations, and delivery must be confirmed in the proposal. A listed tier is not a universal daily-capacity guarantee.

Technical & Delivery

  • Delivery follows the selected package or written quote. Current team and corporate pages list retouched finals 24 to 48 hours after selections are submitted for their standard workflows. Proof timing, individual and specialty packages, large programs, revisions, and rush requests may use different timelines, which should be confirmed before booking.

  • Current packages include a defined number of retouched final images. The package or quote controls the number of finals and the approved retouching scope. Color correction, natural skin and clothing cleanup, background work, compositing, extra images, and revisions should be confirmed for the chosen service rather than assumed.

  • After full payment, the published Terms grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the client’s own lawful uses of the final delivered retouched images, subject to any written restrictions. Match Production retains copyright unless a separate signed assignment says otherwise. RAW files, proofs, outtakes, and rejected images are not included in that license.

  • File formats, pixel dimensions, crops, naming, compression, and delivery structure follow the package or written quote. Tell us where the images will be used, including LinkedIn, company pages, press, print, directories, or internal systems, so the required exports can be confirmed before production.

Virtual Headshot Sessions

  • An individual virtual headshot session pairs one person with a live photographer who guides the phone-camera setup, framing and expression. See virtual headshot sessions for the $200 package and request process.

  • Virtual and studio headshots use different capture conditions. Studio sessions provide controlled lighting, lenses and backgrounds. Individual virtual sessions use photographer-directed phone capture and can be finished against an approved digital background. Choose based on travel, intended use, required crop and your visual reference.

  • An individual virtual headshot session is $200 for one person, with one retouched final image and the inclusions listed in the current package. Confirm the current package before requesting a session.

Preparation

  • Bring clothing that fits the role and intended placement. Solid colors and restrained patterns are easy starting points, but the best choice depends on background, lighting, crop, brand guidance, and personal style. Current individual packages specify how many wardrobe options are included. Steam the clothing, clean glasses, and bring any approved alternatives.

  • Hair and makeup are optional unless a project brief requires them. Use your usual professional appearance or arrange beauty services when you want additional preparation. Availability, timing, price, and whether beauty services are included must be confirmed for the selected package or quote.

  • Review the arrival instructions, intended crop, wardrobe, grooming, glasses, background, and any company visual reference. Prepare the wardrobe options included in the package, avoid an untested product that may irritate your skin, and arrive at the confirmed time. Contact the studio before the session if access, mobility, wardrobe, or timing needs have changed.

Booking & Payment

  • Choose a current package and follow its booking link, or contact Match Production for team, corporate, on-location, recurring, or custom scope. Review the package, date, location, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and deliverables before completing the booking.

  • For studio and on-location sessions, a non-refundable 50% deposit confirms the booking. An emailed rescheduling request must arrive no later than two days before the shoot and the new date must be approved for the deposit to transfer. Later requests cannot be moved, and cancellations keep the deposit non-refundable. Remote bookings are paid in full and are final; they cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

  • The available payment methods are shown in the current checkout, invoice, or written proposal. Individual bookings and custom company work may use different payment workflows. Contact Match Production before booking if your organization requires an invoice, purchase order, vendor onboarding, or a specific payment method.
