1. Scope the Project
Send the headcount, location, date window, business uses, background preference, room photos, and any group-photo, leadership, file-naming, or crop requirements.
2. Approve the Visual Standard
We agree on the background, lighting, framing, and retouching direction before the full team is photographed. Ask for a reference approval step if your brand team requires one.
3. Photograph the Team
We set up at your office or welcome the team to Midtown. Each person receives concise direction while the schedule moves through the approved participant order.
4. Review and Deliver
Proofs are delivered through the approved gallery workflow. Selected images receive natural retouching and are delivered using the crops, folders, and file names included in the scope.

A standard package covers one agreed team session. If your project needs a dedicated project manager, more involved coordination or specific HR delivery, compare our managed corporate programs. Larger teams, several offices or multiple shoot dates receive a separate scope and quote.
