Yes — and for most small teams, this is the easiest option. We bring a complete professional setup: lighting, backdrop, camera, everything. You don't need a conference room. We've photographed teams in back offices, waiting rooms, salon back rooms, yoga studios, clinic hallways, and storage areas. We assess the space when we arrive and figure out the best configuration for it. On-site visits are available throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the broader NYC area. We make it easy. Once you book, we send a simple scheduling link you can forward to your team. Each person picks their own 20–30 minute slot with no coordination from you. We stack them back-to-back. Book three or more people together and the per-person price drops to $289 — that's our group pricing, and it's the most popular option for offices doing an About page refresh. A single session is $449. No mandatory add-ons, no hidden fees, nothing extra tacked on — you pay for the sessions you need. If you're watching the budget, our studio option is more affordable than on-site because it doesn't involve travel and setup. Either way, retouching and full usage rights are included — no per-image fees, no extra licensing.

You receive high-resolution files and web-optimized versions of every selected image. Use them wherever you need — website About page, LinkedIn profiles, Google Business, business cards, email signatures, social media, local press, anywhere. There are no licensing restrictions or per-use fees. Files are delivered via a shared digital download folder, organized by person's name so you can send them directly to each team member without any sorting.

Standard delivery is 5–7 business days from your session. You'll get a notification when images are ready in your private download folder. For anything time-sensitive — a website going live, a new hire announcement, an event — rush delivery is available for an additional fee: 48-hour turnaround, or same-day in urgent situations. Just mention your deadline when you book and we'll confirm the timeline before you commit.

We review shots during the session so your team member can tell us in real time if something isn't working — different angle, more or less expression, different pose. The goal is for everyone to walk away knowing they have at least a few solid options. After delivery, if someone has a specific concern about the retouching, reach out and we'll address it. We don't disappear once the photos are sent.
