Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Studio & On-Location Sessions

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 50% is due immediately after the shoot upon receipt of your preview gallery.
• Post-production, including retouching and final file preparation, will not begin until the remaining balance has been paid in full.
• Rescheduling is available only when requested by email no later than 2 days before the scheduled shoot date.
• If your reschedule request is submitted on time and the new date is approved by Match Production, your original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled booking.
• If your reschedule request is made less than 2 days before the shoot, the booking cannot be moved and the deposit remains non-refundable.
• If you cancel your session, the deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.

Remote Headshots

• Remote headshots must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• All remote headshot bookings are final.
• Remote headshot bookings cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
• Please make sure you are available and ready to join at your scheduled time.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Late arrival may reduce your available shoot time and the number of images or looks we are able to capture.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, or if you do not attend your scheduled session, your booking may be treated as a no-show.
• No-shows do not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
