Corporate Programs: Prices and Included Support
Corporate 50 is $6,900 for up to 50 employees. The $138 per-person figure applies only when all 50 places are used. The same calculation applies to each tier below: the package total is divided by its maximum headcount.
All four programs include one retouched headshot and ten color-corrected selects per person, plus a project manager. Photographer numbers, coordination and HR tools vary by tier. 1. Plan the Photo Day
Share your headcount, date, location and reference images. We plan the background, employee schedule, package and files with you, including who collects selections and receives the finals.
2. Photograph the Team
We set up at the agreed NYC office or Midtown studio. Each employee receives clear posing and expression guidance, using the lighting and framing established for your company.
3. Select, Retouch and Deliver
Review the color-corrected images in private galleries and submit your selections. Your retouched final photos are delivered 24–48 hours after you submit your selections. File names, crops and folders follow the agreed delivery brief.

Midtown Studio or Your Office
Use our studio at 545 8th Avenue for scheduled visits, or bring the setup to an appropriate space in your NYC office. We confirm the room and employee flow before the shoot.
Colleagues Outside New York
Add live-directed remote sessions for employees who cannot attend in NYC. Remote photography is separately scoped to the same agreed visual references.
One Reference for the Whole Set
Background, light, crop and finishing are agreed together. Your employee portraits can then be used across the website, LinkedIn and internal directory without introducing a different style for every session.

Headcount and location: include departments, office addresses and any colleagues outside NYC. Add the preferred dates and any fixed deadline.

Maximor AI needed a coordinated image library for a company announcement. We photographed team headshots, leadership portraits and workplace imagery at its WeWork space, then photographed the founders on location near Charging Bull.
The brief connected the company’s people, workplace and leadership in images prepared for its website and press materials. The project shows how a common visual direction can extend beyond an employee directory.

Match’s listed corporate programs cover up to 50, 100, 250 or 500 employees. Each includes a project manager; the detailed matrix shows which additional support belongs to each tier.

Yes, when the location, schedule and agreed scope support it. Tell us the group size and intended uses before the shoot so we can plan the setting, time, number of group finals and retouching. A group photograph should be defined in the quote alongside the individual headshots.

The corporate matrix lists one production day for each tier, with one photographer for Corporate 50, two for Corporate 100, three for Corporate 250 and four or more for Corporate 500. We confirm the day’s plan against the room, participant schedule, backgrounds and review requirements.

Final portraits are finished naturally for business use. Yes. We record the agreed lighting, background, framing and retouching standards for later sessions. New hires can attend a scheduled studio session, a later office shoot or a live-directed remote session. We quote the refresh format and coordination separately so the ongoing program has a defined scope.

A studio schedule can suit individual visits and smaller groups. An office setup can bring the portrait session into the workday for a larger team. We can combine the formats when the program calls for it. Share the address, room access and employee availability; we will recommend the appropriate setup rather than assuming every corporate tier uses the same location.

Your retouched final photos are delivered 24–48 hours after you submit your selections. The private proof gallery is a separate stage. Same-day proofs and any other rush requirements must be arranged in advance; the proposal confirms the review process, file requirements and recipient.
