A team photo day: choose a defined session for up to 5, 10, 25 or 50 people when your team can manage its own participant flow. Standard team packages start at $1,449 for up to 5 people.
A managed program: choose a project manager and the staffing, scheduling and delivery support shown in the matrix below. Corporate 50 starts the range at $6,900 for up to 50 people; additional support varies by tier. Extra locations and recurring work are scoped in your proposal.
Every listed managed program includes one retouched headshot and ten color-corrected selects per person. The per-person prices below divide the package total by its maximum headcount: $138 applies only when all 50 places in Corporate 50 are used. For one office photo day, two lead photographers worked in parallel: one photographed employee headshots while the other made editorial leadership portraits. Share your headcount, date, location and reference images. We plan the background, employee schedule, package and files with you, including who collects selections and receives the finals.

We set up at the agreed NYC office or Midtown studio. Each employee receives clear posing and expression guidance, using the lighting and framing established for your company.
3. Select, Retouch and Deliver
Review the color-corrected images in private galleries and submit your selections. Your retouched final photos are delivered 24–48 hours after you submit your selections. File names, crops and folders follow the agreed delivery brief.

Midtown Studio or Your Office
Use our studio at 545 8th Avenue for scheduled visits, or bring the setup to an appropriate space in your NYC office. We confirm the room and employee flow before the shoot.
Colleagues Outside New York
A colleague who cannot attend in NYC can request an individual $200 virtual headshot session. Share the agreed visual references when requesting the session.
One Reference for the Whole Set
Background, light, crop and finishing are agreed together. Your employee portraits can then be used across the website, LinkedIn and internal directory without introducing a different style for every session.
What to Send With Your Enquiry
Headcount and location: include departments, office addresses and any colleagues outside NYC. Add the preferred dates and any fixed deadline.
Visual and delivery requirements: send your current portraits or brand references, the intended uses, and any file naming, crop or folder specifications.
What We Confirm Before the Shoot
We recommend the production format and package, then define the schedule, included support and image requirements in the proposal.
Agree who will collect client selections and who receives the finished files. If you need a group image, extra locations or a rush workflow, include those requests in the brief.
We retain the agreed visual reference for studio visits and office photo days. Company-wide remote programmes are available through Remote Headshots.
A Distributed Team, One Consistent Portrait Series
Anchovies, a branding agency, commissioned 15 matching headshots for a client whose employees were spread across cities and countries. One photographer directed every session remotely, and our retouching team finished the selected portraits.
This was a distributed-team project, using live direction and phone-camera capture. The case shows the brief, the process and the resulting portraits, with a saved visual standard for future hires.

Match’s listed corporate programs cover up to 50, 100, 250 or 500 employees. Each includes a project manager; the detailed matrix shows which additional support belongs to each tier.

Yes, when the location, schedule and agreed scope support it. Tell us the group size and intended uses before the shoot so we can plan the setting, time, number of group finals and retouching. A group photograph should be defined in the quote alongside the individual headshots.

The corporate matrix lists one production day for each tier, with one photographer for Corporate 50, two for Corporate 100, three for Corporate 250 and four or more for Corporate 500. We confirm the day’s plan against the room, participant schedule, backgrounds and review requirements.

Final portraits are finished naturally for business use. Yes. We record the agreed lighting, background, framing and retouching standards for later sessions. New hires can attend a scheduled studio session or a later office shoot. An individual colleague can separately request a $200 virtual session and share the visual reference. We quote in-person refresh coordination separately.

A studio schedule can suit individual visits and smaller groups. An office setup can bring the portrait session into the workday for a larger team. We can combine the formats when the program calls for it. Share the address, room access and employee availability; we will recommend the appropriate setup rather than assuming every corporate tier uses the same location.

Your retouched final photos are delivered 24–48 hours after you submit your selections. The private proof gallery is a separate stage. Same-day proofs and any other rush requirements must be arranged in advance; the proposal confirms the review process, file requirements and recipient.
