A Profoto Headshot Setup in a 10 × 10 ft Space
We bring the same portable headshot station we use for on-location portraits to your conference. The equipment and backdrop fit within a 10 × 10 ft area.
Send the venue access rules and event agenda so we can plan setup and participant flow. Flag busy breaks and any times reserved for speakers or staff; the producer will confirm space and power arrangements with your team.
Profoto equipment
Our station uses Profoto equipment to create professional portraits at your venue. Share the portrait style and intended image use with the producer before the event.
Tethered capture on site
The setup includes tethered shooting and a digi kit on site. Selection, retouching and final delivery are agreed separately in your proposal.
A choice of backgrounds
Choose the background to suit your company or event. Send any brand requirements with your brief so the producer can confirm the backdrop and include it in the quote.
