Match Production – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a session or using any services provided by Match Production, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Match Production provides professional headshot and corporate photography services. Session details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement

  • Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change for future sessions

  • Payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund or credit

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance

5. SMS Communications By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Match Production, including but not limited to appointment reminders, confirmations, and photo gallery delivery notifications. These messages are non-marketing and directly related to your booked services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

6. Intellectual Property Match Production retains copyright of all photographs until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered images for personal and professional purposes as outlined in the session agreement. Images may not be resold or sublicensed without written permission.

7. Image Usage by Match Production Unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session, Match Production reserves the right to use session images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

8. Liability Match Production's liability is limited to the value of the services paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, our sole obligation is to reschedule the session at no additional charge.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
