At Match Production, standard studio or office team photo-day packages start at $1,449 for up to 5 people and go up to $4,490 for up to 50. Managed corporate programs start at $6,900 for up to 50 people, with a project manager included. Your choice depends on the coordination and production support you need.
For one person joining remotely, Match’s individual virtual headshot session is $200, including one retouched final. Company photography in our studio or at your office follows the team packages below.
I’m Irina, Match’s lead producer. When I put a quote together, I need to know who is being photographed, where they are and who will coordinate the project. Below are our packages in USD and the questions I use to turn those prices into a useful team budget. Your proposal confirms the headcount, location, schedule and any additions.
Standard Team Session or Managed Company Program?
A standard team session suits a defined studio or office photo day with an agreed participant schedule. Choose a managed program when you need project management and additional coordination for a company rollout. A 50-person team can fit either route; the difference is the production support your project needs.
Our Midtown Manhattan studio is at 545 8th Ave, Suite 2111. Office sessions are planned around your space, address and participant schedule. We confirm the setup before the shoot.

Each standard package lists studio or on-location photography, one premium retouched headshot and 10 color-corrected selects per person, with unlimited usage rights. Retouched finals and color-corrected selects are different deliverables. Each package has a fixed participant limit and session length.

Managed programs list one retouched headshot and 10 color-corrected selects per person. Confirm the participant schedule and the support included in your selected program. Projects above 500 people, additional locations and recurring work need an agreed scope.

A NYC Team Headshot Quote Audit
Price pages checked October 7, 2026. Published rates can change; ask each provider to confirm the current total, taxes, terms, and any travel or other charges.
Before you compare a team headshot quote, make the scope the same. A per-person rate, a project minimum, and a package price each answer a different question. None gives HR a reliable project total until the people, time, images, editing, and delivery are defined.
Here is a short request you can forward to procurement or send to each photographer. Fill in the same answers for every quote:
- How many people need portraits, at which NYC locations, and on how many dates?
- Is the session in an office, a studio, or both? What session time and setup are included?
- For each person, how many selected files are included, and how many receive full retouching? Please distinguish retouched finals from color-corrected selects.
- What editing level, background or lighting setup, and visual matching across the team are included?
- When and how are files delivered? List crops, file types, naming, gallery access, and any correction or retouching allowance.
- What usage rights and project coordination are included? List any minimums, overtime, travel, tax, or optional fees separately.
- What is the total price for this exact scope, and what would change that total?
The published structures illustrate why this matters. Match’s Team Headshots Standard is listed at $1,889 for up to 10 people and up to a three-hour session, with one premium retouched headshot and 10 color-corrected selects per person. James Maher’s NYC page describes $125–$275 per person as typical for team days with full natural retouching and says each project is quoted around headcount, session length, and deliverables. JW Headshots lists a $1,250 minimum fee for teams of three or more; its page does not specify the session time or image deliverables tied to that minimum. These are different pricing structures, not matched quotes, so they do not establish which provider would cost less for your project.
As Match’s lead producer, my recommendation is to compare the written total only after each provider answers the same checklist. If an item is unstated, ask for it in writing instead of treating it as included or excluded. Then the next cost question is easier to answer: which parts of the production change the total?
What Changes Your Project's Total Cost?
Start with the number of people and the production format, then confirm what the job actually requires:
- One studio or office setup, or several addresses and backgrounds.
- A standard portrait for each employee, or extra time and image options for leadership.
- The number of retouched finals and any additional crops or file organisation.
- Project management, participant scheduling and delivery responsibilities.
- Group photographs, styling or other requested production additions.
- Your deadline, including any rush work that needs to be agreed in advance.
A request for a different scope is not automatically included in the package total. Ask us to confirm requested additions in the proposal before you approve the booking.

The in-person examples assume the listed package scope, one agreed booking and no extra production requirements. The individual virtual example is $200 for one person. These are budget illustrations, with additions scoped separately. If fewer people attend a fixed-price package, the effective cost per person rises. For example, Corporate 500 works out to $79.80 per person only when its $39,900 package total is divided across 500 participants.
Individual Virtual Headshot Sessions
An individual can request a live-directed virtual headshot session without travelling to the studio. The photographer guides the phone-camera setup, framing and expression. Match’s individual package is $200 for one person.

Individual Virtual Session Price
An individual virtual session is $200 for one person. The existing package includes one retouched final, a digital background option, a private gallery and usage rights. Review the current package for its complete inclusions.
Budgeting for Hybrid Teams
Budget company studio and office photography around the participant list, location and agreed production scope. Use the visual-standard worksheet to agree the portrait reference. An individual virtual session is a separate $200 offer; it does not include a company rollout.
What to Confirm Before You Approve a Quote
- Participant count, locations, dates and the available shoot window.
- The number of retouched final images, separate from proofs and color-corrected selects.
- Selection and delivery deadlines. Our current team service lists retouched finals 24–48 hours after selections; custom schedules and rush requests need confirmation.
- Requested additions, travel requirements, applicable taxes, payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling conditions.
- Usage rights for your chosen package. Standard team packages list unlimited usage rights; separately scoped production work is confirmed in your proposal.

Do You Charge Per Person or for the Whole Project?
Standard studio and office team packages have a fixed total with a participant limit and session length. Match’s individual virtual session has a $200 price for one person.
Why Are There Two Prices for Up to 50 People?
The $4,490 standard Full Day package and $6,900 Corporate 50 program include different production support. Corporate 50 includes a project manager. Choose the workflow that fits your team, then confirm the schedule and scope.
How Much Is an Individual Virtual Session?
An individual virtual headshot session is $200 for one person. Match no longer promotes the former remote group rates as current packages.
What Should We Send to Get a Useful Quote?
For company studio or office photography, start with your headcount, city or office address and deadline. We will clarify the deliverables and coordination before confirming the package. For one person joining remotely, review the individual virtual package.
