For direct MyERAS photo uploads, AAMC lists JPG/JPEG or PNG files up to 150 KB. Its residency guidance also lists a maximum size of 2.5 × 3.5 inches at 150 dpi. ECFMG’s route for international graduates specifies JPEG. We prepare a JPEG at 375 × 525 pixels, 150 dpi and under 150 KB; check the official instructions linked above for your route.

We recommend simple professional clothing, such as a jacket, shirt or blouse, in colors that separate you from the background. Bring any instructions from your program. White-coat or jacket variations are included where listed in the package; wardrobe advice is separate from the portal’s file requirements.

Our ERAS service offers same-day delivery. Share your submission deadline when booking so we can confirm the session and delivery timing. Receiving your photo and having it processed or assigned in an application portal are separate steps.

Every ERAS session includes our upload support promise. If your file does not upload to MyERAS, we will reformat and redeliver it free or refund your session in full. This covers the photo file, not application review or admission decisions.

U.S. medical graduates upload their photo in MyERAS. International medical graduates submit it through MyIntealth for ECFMG transfer to MyERAS. Yes. Fifteen students opens a weekend date block at our Midtown studio, reserved for your class only, with 12-minute sessions running back to back. Each student books and pays for their own seat, so there is no invoice and no budget request for your school. Whoever organizes the date shoots free once fifteen seats are booked. For a class of fifty or more, we can shoot on campus instead.

Students, by default. Each student books their own seat at the class rate. If your school or program would rather cover the session as a whole, we quote a flat half-day or full-day rate and handle the paperwork your office needs.
